At the Law Office of Erin Morse , we are a premier boutique family law firm in Orlando specializing in high-stakes divorce, custody, and complex family law matters. We combine exceptional legal representation with a client-first experience.

We are seeking an exceptional, sales-driven Client Concierge who knows how to connect with people, build trust quickly, confidently guide prospective clients through the intake process, and convert qualified leads into paid consultations and new business opportunities.

This is NOT a traditional receptionist position. This is a revenue-driving sales and client conversion role.

Your ability to convert opportunities into consultations, consistently follow up with prospective clients, and deliver exceptional service will directly contribute to the firm's success.

As the Client Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and one of the most important contributors to our firm's growth.

You will engage prospective clients who are often experiencing difficult, emotional, and time-sensitive situations. Your responsibility is to establish trust, communicate the value of our services, overcome common objections, and confidently guide qualified prospects toward scheduling and paying for consultations.

You won't simply answer incoming calls. You will own the intake pipeline, pursue opportunities, and turn interested prospects into committed appointments.

Success in this position requires someone who is self-motivated, results-oriented, persuasive, organized, and comfortable being held accountable to clear performance goals.

$18 - $23 hourly

• Answer Incoming Calls with purpose and empathy, converting leads into paid consultations using our proven scripts and intake systems.

• Schedule Appointments for new clients, Financial Affidavit prep, and Mandatory Disclosure meetings.

• Manage the Admin Email Inbox , ensuring timely and accurate responses and internal routing.

• Open and Close Client Files with discretion and attention to detail.

• Review Calendars Weekly and proactively send friendly reminders via text/call for all upcoming client events.

• Support Legal and Admin Staff with scanning, filing, document prep, and front-desk coverage.

• Create a welcoming office atmosphere —from greeting walk-ins with genuine warmth to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

• Take initiative to support attorneys and leadership in executing high-impact goals.

• Experience in legal, medical, or professional services preferred, but we’ll train the right A-player.

• Experience in legal intake, professional services sales, medical services, or other high-trust consultative sales environments.

• Experience selling premium services or converting high-value leads.

• Experience with Clio or other customer relationship management platforms.

• Experience managing lead pipelines and executing structured follow-up campaigns.

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
