What You'll Do

• Prepare food products according to Kuppa Joy recipes and production standards.
• Assist with baking, assembling, portioning, packaging, labeling, and staging products for delivery.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products.
• Follow daily production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and inventory organization.
• Communicate with teammates to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow all food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.
• Help receive and properly store deliveries.
• Support additional kitchen and production needs as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, and lift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work in both warm and refrigerated environments.
• Perform repetitive food preparation tasks.
• Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time 10-25 hours
  • Available between Monday and Saturday 5:00am to 1:30pm (Days and Hours to be determined)
• Saturdays and Holidays are required based on production needs.
• Reliable transportation is required.
