Warehouse Operator
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Operators for a food ingredient manufacturing company in Mountain Lake, MN. In this role, you'll help support efficient warehouse operations by managing incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining inventory accuracy. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment with a stable team, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as a Warehouse Operator:
- Manage incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments
- Adjust and maintain inventory records within the ERP inventory system
- Operate a forklift and stretch-wrapping equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare and document shipping and receiving paperwork
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Operator Role:
- 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift; forklift certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to become DOT qualified
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
