We are looking for highly organized candidate for the position of Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations at the hotel, ensuring efficient service delivery and an exceptional guest experience. This role supports front desk staff , coordinates guest services and serves as a key point of contact for handling escalates guest concerns along with the Front Office Manager. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills capable of maintaining a paraprofessional and welcoming atmosphere in a fast paced environment. The Front Desk Supervisor ensures that all check-ins and Check out procedures run smoothly. staff adhere to service standards and guest satisfaction remains top priority, This position will also handle check-ins, check-outs, process payments, collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations,.
The best Front Desk Supervisor will have tremendous patience when dealing with desk agents and guests. They will accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome
- Recognizing repeat, VIP status and/or loyalty
- Administering check-ins and check-outs
- Providing front desk services to guests
- Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
- Delivering mail and messages
- Processing guest payments
- Coordinating with bell service and staff management
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
- Accommodating general and unique requests
- Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests, handling guest opportunities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Time management and organizational skills
- Conflict resolution experience
- Patience and good listening skills
