VP of Operations

Westphal Staffing is partnering with a local financial institution that is looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to join its leadership team. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands banking operations but also genuinely enjoys leading people, improving processes, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience. You'll have oversight of several key areas, including deposit operations, retail and branch operations, facilities, customer service, electronic banking, risk management, and compliance. You'll also work closely with other leaders to develop policies, set operational goals, and keep the organization moving forward.
