Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week assignment at an acute-care hospital in Tallahassee, FL, working Friday through Sunday on day shifts.

Details

• Work in an acute-care hospital ultrasound department
• 266-bed facility offering a broad range of services including emergency, cardiac, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, stroke, and behavioral health
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• Active experience in the specialty within the last 6 months is required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• License required if applicable
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — Canadian SSNs are not accepted
• Two professional references required (due to Florida placement)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
• This is a travel position; local candidates are not accepted under any circumstances
