Location Hauppauge, NY Job Title DPI QA Document Administrator Organization InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Work Hours / Shift / Remote 2nd Shift 3:00PM – 11:30PM. Willingness to work any assigned shift (first, second, or third) and flexible scheduling (e.g., Monday‑Friday, Tuesday‑Saturday). Responsibilities Print and issue controlled documents to all departments upon request. Track the printing and issuance of documents. Control daily printing and issuance of documents needed for manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, etc. Receive fulfillment requests for documents from the Master Control System. Maintain a logbook for reconciliation of documents (printed vs. used) and confirm destruction of unused documents. Submit the logbook as evidence of control during inspections or departmental reviews. Receive training on SOPs or WIs and participate in hands‑on instruction. Interact with various departments as necessary for document control. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education Qualifications High School Diploma. Experience 1–2 years of experience in an automated work environment preferred. Skills / Competencies Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills. Proficient in using a computer to access the Master Control Program. Ability to use MS Excel, MS Word and basic filing principles. English language reading and writing proficiency. Exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget and may vary based on geographic location.
