What You'll Do:

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3 to 5 years. You'll:

• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Implement individualized, play-based curriculum
• Collaborate with your teaching assistant to plan and deliver daily lessons
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom
• Support gross motor development through daily activities
• Build strong, professional relationships with families and staff
• Represent Alliance Center for Education with pride and professionalism

What You Bring:

• A passion for early childhood education
• Experience working with children ages birth to 5 years
• Minimum of CDA (or willingness to obtain within 1 year) for infant/toddler teachers
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reliable transportation
