JobSummary/Responsibilities:- Processandmaintainaccuratepayrollrecords,ensuringtimelyandaccurateemployeepayments.
- Reviewemployeetimesheets,timekeepingrecords,andpayrolldataforaccuracy.
- Maintainemployeepayrollfilesandupdateinformationregardingnewhires,terminations,andpaychanges.
- Calculatewages,overtime,deductions,andotherpayrolladjustments.
- Ensurepayrollpracticescomplywithapplicablefederal,state,andlocalregulations.
- Assistwithpayrolltaxreporting,deductions,andrequireddocumentation.
- Respondtoemployeequestionsregardingpaychecks,deductions,andpayrolldiscrepancies.
- Reconcilepayrollrecordsandassistwithreportingandaudits.
- CollaboratewithHumanResourcesandAccountingtoensureaccurateemployeeandpayrollinformation.
- Maintainconfidentialityofsensitiveemployeeandfinancialinformation.
- Previouspayroll,accounting,oradministrativeexperiencepreferred.
- Familiaritywithpayrollsystemsandtimekeepingsoftware.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandotherstandardofficeapplications.
- Strongattentiontodetail,accuracy,andorganizationalskills.
- Excellentcommunicationandproblem-solvingabilities.
