Defense Health Agency IT Specialist
Job Description
Serves as a Defense Health Agency (DHA) IT Specialist responsible for engineering and configuring enterprise platforms across DHA internet, intranet, and extranet environments.
Designs and develops platform lifecycle governance and branding for DHA internet, intranet, and extranet sites.
Administers DHA internet, intranet, and extranet sites to ensure usability, site structure integrity, and user access management.
Maintains the portal structure and hierarchy of organizational sites and assists users with the content migration from legacy systems.
Oversees mobile, virtual reality, and web applications to implement automated compliance controls and platform upgrades across DHA.
Prepares technical specifications to support acquisition of required software, hardware, and manpower resources.
