- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine \n
- Active, unrestricted CA license, or attain CA license \n
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases) \n
- Willing to relocate, if necessary \n
\n *EMR: Epic\n
*Salary Range: $451K - $497K + wRVU bonuses + full benefits \n
