Job Description: As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. We're seeking individuals who are hardworking and eager to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with potential clients through various channels.
Educating customers on the importance of insurance and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
Leveraging modern sales techniques and technology to reach and exceed sales targets.
Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
A strong desire to pursue a career in sales, or prior sales experience.
A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.
Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
