Schedule
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Training will be on day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

About the Job

We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Bartlett. In this role, you'll help run production equipment, monitor machine performance, perform quality checks, and keep production moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery
Load materials into machines
Perform basic quality inspections
Package and label finished products
Complete production paperwork
Follow safety procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized
Work with the team to meet production goals

Qualifications
Preferred
1+ year of machine operation, production, manufacturing, assembly, or industrial experience.
Experience operating automated, semi-automated, or mechanical production equipment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, or gauges.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and pull materials.
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and moderate noise levels.
Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
