Pay: $19.48 - $21.88/hour

Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

Schedule: Full-Time | Dinner Shift (11:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.) | Rotating weekends and holidays

At Touchmark, you'll prepare fresh, restaurant-quality meals as part of a professional culinary team committed to exceptional hospitality. We aren't a cafeteria, and we aren't a typical restaurant. We create thoughtful, seasonal menus (that change weekly!) using quality ingredients and take pride in every plate we serve. Best of all, you'll finish your shift by 7:30 p.m. and still have your evenings to enjoy.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and plate meals that meet Touchmark's Gold Standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Deliver exceptional dinner service while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Build meaningful relationships with the residents you serve and experience the impact your work has every day.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a high-volume or professional kitchen.
• Passion for preparing exceptional food and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification after hire.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
