By working closely with the Installer and Residential Install Manager, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals.Responsibilities:Lead install team in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurateKnow how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfactionDemonstrate professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat businessMaintain communication with office personnel to ensure overall success of the businessTrain and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installationsParticipate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job trainingComplete accurate and timely paperwork; maintain accurate inventory recordsMust be available for an "on-call" rotationQualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years experience in residential HVAC install/replacementKnowledge of applicable installation and venting codesClean, safe driving recordHighly organized with exceptional follow-through abilitiesStrong verbal and written communicationsHigh integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connectionsStrong desire to growOutgoing personality that blends well with fast-paced, goal-driven environmentCompetitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a teamHighly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude on lifeEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license with a clean recordGraduated from HVAC technical programEPA CertificationPhysical Requirements:Physical activity not limited to: climbing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting less than 100 lbs. and speaking.
