Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and comprehensive assessments, including meticulous history taking that adheres to clinic protocols for patient safety and quality care.
• Employ advanced clinical skills to perform specialized women's health services, such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, Colposcopies, Endometrial Biopsies, and fitting of Pessaries.
• Engage in collaboration with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to consult on complex cases and optimize patient care plans.
• Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring that their physiological, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive needs are addressed and respected.
• Oversee patient care coordination, fostering effective relationships with colleagues to streamline processes and result in improved health outcomes.
• Review patient medical records and manage follow-up orders for diagnostic studies in a timely manner, in line with established clinic protocols.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for seamless documentation, tracking patient progress, and facilitating communication among the healthcare team.
• Implement safety principles and adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and engaging in risk management best practices.
• Demonstrate composure and efficacy in emergency situations, promptly adhering to established protocols while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
