HR Generalist - Bilingual

The Opportunity TRP Infrastructure is hiring a bilingual HR Generalist to deliver reliable, hands-on support in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, payroll and benefits inquiries, performance documentation, compliance, and daily HR operations. What You Will Do Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers on policies, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and general HR matters. Support employee relations, including fact gathering, documentation, policy interpretation, corrective action, and escalation. Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and offboarding. Partner with Payroll and Benefits to resolve employee questions related to pay, timekeeping, deductions, leaves, and programs. Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and employment documentation. Support managers with performance, attendance, employee notices, disciplinary documentation, and policy questions. Assist with HR compliance, audits, reporting, acquisitions, integrations, and special projects. Provide professional HR support to English- and Spanish-speaking employees. What You Bring 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist or similar experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, employment practices, compliance, and day-to-day manager support. Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and employee records; ADP experience is a plus. Experience supporting multi-location, field-based, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar teams is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
