LPN Evening Shift Mon- Fri

Southern Health Partners Inc seeks an Evening Shift LPN to deliver compassionate clinical care in a correctional healthcare setting, Monday–Friday. The LPN will provide routine and urgent patient care, administer medications, assist with chronic disease management, support dental and psychiatric services, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with state and facility regulations. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and custody staff to promote safety, infection control, and patient education while working in a supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities for growth.
