Job Description
Storm Peak Brewing Company is looking to add a packaging technician to our growing team. This person will assist in the packaging of beer both in cans and kegs. Additionally, one day per week will be spent doing a full clean of tap-lines for both our West End location and our Bus Stop location.
Responsibilities include:
- Can line assistance (e.g. maintenance, pallet building, finished good handling)
- Keg washing/filling
- Draft line cleaning and maintenance
- Assist with miscellaneous brewhouse tasks where time permits
Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solver
- Self-motivated and can take initiative
- Organized
- Clean
- Physically capable of performing daily brewery work; standing most of the day, crouching, lifting 50LBs +, climbing a ladder etc..
- Science, kitchen or mechanical background a plus
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Ability to work safely and quickly
- Ability to consistently and correctly perform standard operating procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule on some weeks is a plus
