Medina Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to welcome our ever-growing team! And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing/long-term care within the communities we serve.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) requirements:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ohio license

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).

Weekend availability
12-hour shifts
Day and Nights
Every other weekend rotation
