Behavioral Health Technician II - Residential Addiction Treatment
NRT | Foundry Treatment Center
NRT | Foundry Treatment Center seeks a Behavioral Health Tech II to support adults in residential and outpatient mental health and addiction programs. In this role, you’ll provide direct client care, complete safety checks, document observations, and support therapeutic groups within an evidence-based, trauma-informed model. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians and nursing staff, model healthy boundaries, and assist clients with daily routines and coping skills. Ideal candidates bring behavioral health experience, strong communication skills, calm crisis response, and a commitment to compassionate, recovery-focused care.
