With an office in Sandy Utah and a presence in Arizona & Colorado, we offer flexible scheduling, a supportive work environment, and plenty of fun along the way. As part of our team of five seasoned professionals, you'll have the chance to engage with clients all over the state, helping them with their insurance needs. Plus, enjoy quarterly outings and become part of a community that values growth and collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
