Travel Respiratory Therapy Position

Job Title: RRT Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 17:30 - 06:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care RRT hospital experience License: RRT Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care RRT hospital experience BLS, ACLS, and NRP Description: Travel RRT position available. The unit has 502 beds with 64-70 staff members. Day Shift includes one charge nurse, one manager, and 8-10 clinical RTs. Night Shift includes one charge nurse and 8-10 clinical RTs. Patient ratios are 10:1. Type of equipment includes Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators. The EMR system in use is Meditech. Candidates with NICU/PEDS experience or Level 1 Trauma experience are preferred. Typical procedures performed in the unit include breathing treatments and ventilator assessments. Candidates must be high energy and interested in making a difference. Patient care experience is a priority.
