Customer Experience Supervisor - E-Commerce & In-Store

$16.5 - $30.2 per hour

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P.

A leading grocery chain in Columbus, Ohio is looking for a Supervisor to manage Customer Service and E-Commerce programs. In this role, you will ensure excellent customer experiences while overseeing the team’s performance and operations. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving team productivity, and adhering to safety protocols. Prior retail experience is essential.
