Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related counseling field.
• Valid California state licensure or credential (MFT, LCSW, or related).
• Demonstrated experience working with children, teens, and families in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of family dynamics, trauma-informed interventions, and culturally responsive practices.
• Proficient in developing and implementing individualized student support plans.
• Empathetic communicator with excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
