Full-time - 40 hours a week. *Minimum of one year experience required: Word Excel, multi-line phone system, customer servic1*; *Personality traits we are looking for: positive attitude, upbeat, courteous, like helping people*
This is an entry level position with possibility of future advancement.
Hours:
9am - 5pm Monday-Friday
9am - 12pm Saturdays - employee rotate, When you work a Saturday, you get three hours off during the week.
Responsibilities
Answer phone, forward calls to appropriate person, sorting mail, preparing letters, sending out mail, greet visitors, processing payments, preparing deposits.
Requirements
Minimum of one year experience:
-answering phones
-Experience with word and Excel
-customer service
