The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. Responsibilities Contact new clients within 24 business hours of case assignment. Maintain consistent client communication and provide case status updates at least every 30 days . Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when communicating with clients. Return client calls, emails, and messages within 24 business hours . Respond to insurance adjusters and medical providers within 48 business hours . Document all communications and case activity in the case management system.
