Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain function, independence, and confidence. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations and treatment plans, leading therapeutic activities and ADL training, documenting in the EMR, and educating patients and families. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, rewarding environment that supports professional growth and excellent patient outcomes.
