Senior Recruitment Adviser

Oakland University is hiring a Senior Recruitment Adviser to support the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions in recruiting, admitting, and enrolling undergraduate international students. This role involves collaborating with community colleges to increase international enrollment, managing the international admissions process, and evaluating prospective students with an emphasis on international applicants. Highlights Provide support to the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions on international student recruitment and enrollment. Collaborate with selected community colleges to enhance international student enrollment. Assist in coordinating and managing the international admissions process. Participate in recruitment and evaluation of prospective undergraduate students, focusing on international candidates. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, two years of recruiting experience, experience with international students, and valid driver’s license. Ability to travel extensively during the academic year and work extended hours required. Excellent organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills are essential. Desired qualifications include knowledge of higher education through a Master’s degree or equivalent and proficiency in at least one foreign language. Annual salary of $57,505.
