What You’ll Do As an HVAC Technician at Dale's Heat and Air, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers’ comfort and satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues to provide effective solutions. Performing routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently. Communicating clearly with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs. Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who have: At least 1 year of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair. A strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
