Through our BakeFace™ brand private-label partnerships, we supply a broad portfolio of Honestly Fresh™ baked goods to retailers nationwide.

We are hiring Overnight Route Drivers to deliver fresh-baked products from our Charlotte distribution center to local customers. We provide paid training, equipment, and delivery vehicles - you bring a positive attitude and commitment to safety and customer service. During onboarding, you'll receive three days of hands-on training alongside experienced drivers. You'll also complete Smith System training, driving assessments, and equipment training to get you are set up for success.

• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections using handheld devices
• Load and organize products for delivery routes
• Safely operate a 10-foot box truck while following all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Use handheld devices and navigation tools for route management
• Deliver products accurately to stores, verify invoices, rotate stock, remove expired products, and restock according to planograms
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and store personnel
• Unload returns and clean vehicle/equipment after routes

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 3 years of consistent driving history with a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a copy of past three-year driving record (MVR) prior to interview. Can be obtained online:
• Availability to work overnight shifts between 6 PM–6 AM, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
• Comfortable driving a 10-foot box truck in various traffic conditions
• Clean pre-employment drug screen required, including marijuana
• Strong safety awareness, professionalism, and coachability

• $500 Sign-On Bonus ($100 after 30 days. $400 after 90 days

• Annual earnings:$43,600-$63,900+ ($167.74-$245.78 daily, depending on route - paid out bi-weekly)
