Leasing Consultant - Affordable Housing/Tax Credit

Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant, be the first face prospective residents encounter and demonstrate polished, engaging, and energetic customer service. Identify what motivates prospective residents, customize tours, and help them see why they would want to live in the community. Work in a high-energy environment, help drive traffic to the community through multiple media sources, and lease apartment homes. Compensation This position offers $21.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits. What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position (not required to have prior leasing experience). Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with everyone; initiative and ability to close deals; professional appearance and communication. Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Yardi Voyager experience is a plus. California Driver’s License up to date with car insurance; clean or respectable driving record.
