As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily delivery operations, supporting our drivers, communicating with customers, and ensuring routes run safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and organize next-day delivery operations
• Receive and process customer orders promptly by phone and email
• Prepare efficient daily driver routes and make adjustments as needed
• Monitor driver progress throughout each shift
• Communicate closely with drivers to help ensure successful deliveries
• Respond quickly to issues at customer locations and help coordinate safe, effective solutions
• Monitor electronic gauges at customer sites
• Work collaboratively with other dispatchers and provide support when needed
• Maintain accurate information and organized records
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A strong critical and analytical thinker
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and seeing tasks through to completion
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Word & Excel
• Committed to working efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Able to maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience
• 2+ years of Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work the 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday–Friday shift
