This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development.Your role:Design and build production-grade conversational and Agentic AI applications.Develop hands-on using Python, APIs, JSON and modern software engineering practices.Build and troubleshoot CES / GECX integrations and modernization scenarios.Build agents using Gemini, Vertex AI, Google ADK and applicable agent frameworks.Implement tool/function calling, workflows, state/context management and agent orchestration.Develop RAG and enterprise-grounding solutions over structured and unstructured data.Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, databases, CRM, contact-center platforms and backend systems.Develop full-stack components required to complete the customer solution.Implement secure authentication, IAM, secrets management and service-to-service communication.Deploy applications using appropriate GCP servicesImplement agent evaluation, tracing, observability, guardrails and regression testing.Diagnose production issues across agent logic, prompts, retrieval, tools, APIs, infrastructure and distributed services.Rapidly prototype technical solutions and evolve validated prototypes toward production readiness.Work directly with customer engineering teams to reproduce issues, debug implementations and resolve technical blockers.Your skills and experience:Senior candidate with 15 plus years of relevant experience as Lead/ArchitectStrong hands-on Python/software engineeringGood experience in Gemini / Generative AI application development, Vertex AI, Agentic AI architecturesSolid exposure in REST APIs / JSONExperience in RAG / embeddings / enterprise groundingGood in GCP application deployment, IAM / security fundamentals, Enterprise integrationExperience working with Google ADK, CES / GECX experience, Contact-center / CCaaS integration, Multi-agent architectures, MCP, A2A, Agent evaluation and observabilityExperience in Streaming / real-time APIs, Production conversational AI, Telephony integrationsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $117,930 - $223,591. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
