Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of Personal Lines business, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring seamless policy administration. If you are a professional with a strong background in Personal Lines insurance and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a collaborative and family-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package

Salary : $44,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

Provide A-Z servicing of a Personal Lines book of business.
Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
Conduct coverage reviews and ensure client satisfaction.
Work directly with carriers to address client needs.
Support producers as needed.
Learn and manage Farm insurance (training provided).

Qualifications/Requirements

Must Have :
- Minimum of 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Preferred :
- Experience in an independent agency setting.
- Willingness to learn Farm insurance if not already experienced.
Soft Skills :
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
