Senior Global Employee Relations & Transitions Specialist

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage international employee exits with a focus on legal compliance and delivering exceptional client service.

You will guide clients through terminations, resignations, transfers and offboarding, coordinating with payroll, legal, and benefits teams to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
