Phoenix Behavioral Hub
Job Description
Position Overview\n
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Phoenix Behavioral Hub. In this full-time remote role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Your expertise will guide your interactions with clients in both office and community settings, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and care tailored to their unique needs.
About the Organization\nAt Phoenix Behavioral Hub, based in San Antonio, Texas, we are committed to promoting healthier communities through quality and patient-centered healthcare services, especially in medically underserved areas. Our mission is to provide accessible support, regardless of a patient's ability to pay. We pride ourselves on embracing a global perspective while implementing locally focused solutions. Join us in our vision to become a model for health centers, improving the overall wellbeing of those in our community.
Work Environment\nThis position allows for a remote work setting that fosters flexibility and independence while still providing support from our team. You'll collaborate with a passionate workforce dedicated to the same mission of promoting mental health and well-being. Regular virtual meetings will ensure connectivity with your colleagues, providing necessary guidance and support to meet common goals.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Engage directly with assigned clients who exhibit symptoms of major mental illness, providing clinical assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. \n
- Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings to determine initial client needs, transitioning to detailed assessments when required, to ensure comprehensive care. \n
- Implement integrated care plans that link clients to additional resources and services, facilitating clear communication among clients, families, and other healthcare providers. \n
- Take initiative in a collaborative team environment, contributing effectively during case discussions to enhance overall patient care and outcomes. \n
- Maintain professional ethical standards and organizational codes of conduct while striving to build trust and rapport with clients and teammates. \n
You will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults who are facing challenges related to mental health disorders. Many clients may come from underprivileged backgrounds, necessitating a culturally responsive approach to care. Understanding their unique traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles is critical to developing effective treatment approaches.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and developing suitable care plans in accordance with the needs of diverse patient populations. \n
- Strong understanding of professional ethical guidelines and commitment to uphold high standards of conduct. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. \n
Your background should include prior experience in a clinical social work role, preferably in a school or community health setting. Experience working with children and families is highly desirable, as is familiarity with trauma-informed care and best practices in mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our organization offers a generous benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement planning options, and generous paid time off. We believe in taking care of our employees as they take care of our clients.
Career Growth Opportunities\nAt Phoenix Behavioral Hub, we value continuous professional development. You will have access to ongoing training, mentorship programs, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization. We encourage our team members to pursue additional certifications and specializations to enhance their skills and expand their impact.

We foster an inclusive and supportive work culture where every team member is valued and encouraged to contribute to our collective goals. Here, you will gain invaluable experience while working alongside dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping others achieve mental wellness.
