One year of professional cosmetology experience preferred. Experience providing professional hair and nail services in a salon, spa, or luxury hospitality environment preferred. Strong knowledge of current cosmetology techniques, products, sanitation practices, and industry trends. Excellent guest service, consultation, and communication skills. Ability to communicate fluently in English. Ability to perform repetitive upper-body movements throughout the workday, including prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and bending. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal business needs.
