We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with customers . No tax experience is required — we provide the training you need to get started.

What You’ll Do

• Meet one-on-one with clients to prepare tax returns
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Learn our tax preparation software and process
• Help keep the office running smoothly and take initiative when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and hardworking
• Comfortable talking with and helping customers
• Positive, professional attitude
• Willing to learn and accept coaching
• Basic computer skills

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, banking, reception, or other customer-facing roles can be a great fit, but applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
