Job Title: Level 1 - Print Operator (DTF Printers)

Official Shift: 2nd shift 1:00PM - 10:00PM ( Weekend Avalibility Required)

Training Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Required initially before transitioning to your official shift)

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Print Operator to run our Direct-to-Film (DTF) printers. Whether you are an experienced print professional or a highly determined learner ready to jump into hands-on training, this role offers a structured path for career and financial growth!

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in printing processes such as DTF or screen printing (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, color management, and prepress.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for operating machinery and diagnosing technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willing to train: If you lack direct experience but are strong, determined, and a quick learner, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Execute daily print tasks to ensure the timely production and delivery of print jobs.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, run, and perform routine maintenance on DTF printing equipment.
• Quality Control: Follow quality control measures throughout the printing process and maintain accurate records of production output and inventory.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve mechanical or printing issues on the floor to minimize downtime.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure all artwork is handled correctly and production runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Availability to work the Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) training schedule before transitioning to the permanent 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM weekend/weekday shift.
• Experience with quality control processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and sharp attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teammates and other departments.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other machinery.
• A dedicated, energetic, and determined work ethic.

Bonus Qualifications

• Strong computer experience—building a PC from components is a huge plus!
• Prior experience with screen printing or advanced color management.
