You will ensure our kitchen and dining areas meet the highest sanitation standards while supporting the culinary team with logistics and organization. Key Responsibilities Dishwashing: Collect, wash, and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment from the kitchen and dining room using a high-temperature dish machine or 3-compartment sink. Sanitation Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors, empty trash cans, and maintain clean restrooms and common areas. Inventory & Logistics: Assist with receiving and putting away food deliveries using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) organization to ensure freshness. Safety Compliance: Complete daily temperature and sanitation logs as required by food safety policies. Team Support: Assist with kitchen prep and sanitation tasks as needed by management. Qualifications Communication: Must be able to read and write English to follow safety logs, cleaning schedules, and supervisor instructions. Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage dish flow and storage areas efficiently. Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or changing shifts as needed. Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
