Nursing Supervisor, RN, Full-Time (Adult Psych Unit)

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network.  This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC. 

The N ursing S upervisor is a registered nurse who provides direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on their shift .  The nursing supervisor is the on site administrator during the “off hours” (weekends, holidays, evening and night shifts) providing direction and supervision in all areas of the hospital .  The nursing supervisor coordinates admissions, discharges, response to emergency codes and overall quality of care for patients .  

Schedule:  Three 12-hour shifts a week from 7:00 am - 7:30 pm including every other weekend and every other holiday

• Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current PA licensure required. 
• 1-3 years of nursing experience required, 3-5 years of nursing experience is preferred.
