Activity Program CoordinatorSeabrook is a beautiful 98-acre continuing care retirement community located in Tinton Falls—just six miles from the Jersey Shore. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care.The Activity Program Coordinator is responsible for working with residents within Continuing Care (skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care) to stimulate their physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being.Compensation: Commensurate with experience between $55,000-$60,000 annually.Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday 8a-5p.How you will make an impact:Uses independent judgment to design, plan and facilitate variously structured, guided, and impromptu programs for individuals and groups in the common areas and resident rooms of the Continuing Care Community.Escorts and ensures the safety of the residents on group trips and excursions.Works collaboratively with other team members, management, community groups, volunteers, and families to deliver programs and activities designed to enhance the resident experience.Assesses changes in the resident's needs, abilities, and preferences to provide programs and activities that are beneficial, purposeful, and enjoyable for individuals and group audiences.Implements, supervises or leads the group and individual activities both structured, guided and impromptu in activity spaces, common areas, and in resident's rooms.What we offer:Onsite physicians group dedicated to only serving Erickson Senior Living residentsCompetitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTOCompensation: Commensurate with experience $46,000 per year.401k for all employees 18 and over.
