You will be an integral part of the clinic's success. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician. The position promises a wide range of challenges and opportunities, with the chance to significantly contribute to health and safety.**Essential Responsibilities*** Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals* Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician’s protocols* Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs* Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness* Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers* Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff* Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates.* Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol* Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy* Order and analyze diagnostic tests* Monitors the effectiveness of interventions* Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals* Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly* Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed* Perform related duties as required**Required Qualifications*** Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team* A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One’s goal of patient-first healthcare* A self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide range of challenges* The desire and ability to lead with compassion.* Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills* Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing* Ability to follow written step-by-step instructions* Ability to concentrate, think, and learn* Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.* Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to state law* License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the state where the clinic is located* Prescriptive authorization* Two years of relevant clinical experience* BLS/ACLS* DEA* Certified DOT examiner preferred**Why Join One to One Health?*** Do good, help others.
