About the Position

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred License: ARRT Clienttion Operator License required Certifications: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography ARRT required, ACLS Must-Have: - Charge experience preferred - Valid state license required - Ability to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals Description: Seeking a Cath Lab Tech with expertise in radiology and cardiology. Candidate must hold ARRT certification and possess a valid radiation operator license. Experience in cardiovascular interventional radiography is required. Previous charge experience is preferred. The tech will work a 4x10 hour day shift with on-call responsibilities. The role involves working with adult and geriatric patient populations. The daily census in the unit is approximately 75 patients. The unit has two procedure rooms and 159 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services, among others. This position may require working weekends and providing coverage every third weekend. Candidates must be flexible and able to adapt to varying patient care environments.
