Mailroom Clerk
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily mail runs and package deliveries
- Handle event setups (moving tables, chairs, whiteboards)
- Deliver copy paper to printers and maintain supply areas
- Log and receive packages using company-provided phone/app
- Shift between locations when required for staffing needs
- Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment
- Perform copying, binding, finishing, and scanning tasks
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and shipments (including postage)
- Provide copier maintenance, clear paper jams, and coordinate service calls
- Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions
- Set up meeting and conference rooms
- Assist with light building support, occasional cleaning, and minor maintenance
- Maintain records, inventories, meter logs, and billing information
- Deliver completed jobs to customer locations within and outside the site
- Perform filing, purging, and archiving as needed
- Use office equipment including PC, MS Office, email, calculators, and bindery tools
