What You'll Do

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide medication education to patients and healthcare team
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Support medication safety initiatives and best practices
• Document medication activities in accordance with hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement programs and team meetings

What You Need

• Valid Kansas Pharmacist license or eligibility to practice
• Prior inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Certification in pharmacy practice (e.g., BCPS)
• Experience with hospital pharmacy systems and electronic medical records
