Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the maintenance staff. Primary duties include:
- Supervise, train and mentor maintenance staff on respective shift
- Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is conducted on food production machinery and facilities
- Ensure working spaces are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP’s
- Provide maintenance and machinery reports to management and executives.
Position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Ideal candidates for Maintenance Supervisor will possess the following:
- Associates degree in electro-technology or similar, military technical training and/or trade/vocational schooling.
- Experience with PLC’s
- 5+ years in a high-volume or food production environment
- 2+ years supervising or leading maintenance staff
- Understanding of LEAN 5S, GMP, and OHSA standards.
Salary up to $110,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
