If you’ve worked as a Physical Therapy Aide , you already understand body mechanics, patient flow, and the importance of consistent mobility work. StretchLab lets you stay in the movement and recovery space while working directly with clients in structured, one-on-one sessions focused on flexibility, function, and long-term wellness.

This role is a natural next step for aides who enjoy helping people improve movement — but want more direct client impact, schedule flexibility, and growth opportunities.

💰 $24–$28/hour when stretching clients + tips & commissions

🕒 Part-time & Full-time roles available- Mornings preferred

• Understand mobility limitations and functional movement

• Know how to communicate professionally with clients

At StretchLab, you’ll apply those same skills in a setting focused entirely on proactive mobility and wellness.

• Deliver customized 1:1 assisted stretching sessions

• Guide clients through mobility progressions safely and confidently

• Educate members on recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention

• Build strong ongoing client relationships

• Support community events and studio outreach

• Help maintain a clean, professional clinical-style environment

Your 30-hour Flexologist Training Program (FTP) prepares you to safely lead sessions and builds on your existing movement knowledge.

You’ll learn:

• Applied anatomy for mobility work
