Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in our care.Required Qualifications:Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying forHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.Current CPR certification is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.Document of care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.Benefits and Perks:Hourly Pay Range: $14.60 - $18.00/hr (based on experience)Shift Differentials AvailableAffordable Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for full-time employees).Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company MatchOngoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and resident care.Employee wellness programs and recognition initiatives.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
